I think that this story is very great. good drawings, nice use of sound effects, and dialogue. but the pictures you took were very blurry and you never really showed what happens when the gem breaks.

Wow! You put together a story with a different world and interesting characters with a personality and voices, and I could tell you had fun telling the story. Your write-up describing your story is great - very intriguing to read! :) t I could imagine a more complete version of your story put together by a larger team of artists, actors and sound crew! One suggestion if you work on a future reel: you may not need as many drawings if each drawing remains on the screen for a few seconds and viewers can take in each shot more fully. There were a few drawings where I couldn't really see it while it flashed too briefly before moving onto the next image. I know you were trying to do a kind of animation with the rapid switches between pictures but some of the transitions were a little too quick! Impressive job completing ALL of the assignments and the story reel ahead of the deadline!

I like how the main character isn't able to use a vital ingredient which causes them to make a friend. What happens if the gem breaks? Nothing bad is shown. You should show something bad happening from it.

That was so good! Probably my favorite film yet! My only critique is a lot of your images were blurry and hard to see, if you could use a better camera next time I would. I loved your sound effects and voice acting.
