I love the illustrations. What's a little unclear to me is whether Rugala was expected to be perfect only in her work or all the time. Fun story!

Hey, Taylor! I’m impressed by your story reel! Hand drawn, clear action, creative characters! Nice job. I love stories about monsters, too. :) Something that confused me was how Phoebe got into the monster world. It made me wonder why she seemed so chilled about meeting monsters, too. Overall, nice story! It’s creative, fun, and has a great moral.

I really love this story and the character design! I really love the build up of Rugulas breakdown, so the viewer feel stress with her.

The movie posters are really funny - "Baebees", etc. I did get some Monsters, Inc. vibes for your final project but I think that is a good thing! :) I really enjoyed the illustrations you developed as well. I do think that the story dragged just a little bit in the middle for Act 2 with Rugula working on her dialogue inflections but don't think it was a glaring issue. I would recommend maybe tightening it up just a little bit. Great job with your final project!

The cheeky dialogue was great, and I love Rugula's design! I love how you flipped the idea of monsters and humans on its head, and the relationship built between the two main characters. I also freaking love Klix. XD I also really appreciated the message about perfectionism and the pressure it causes. Tough topic, but it was handled extremely well. I also loved the ending. It's precious, and tied things up nicely. Thank you for sharing this story, I hope to see more from you in the future!

Dream of Courage
Rugula Sticks, a rising star in the monster world, is in doubt about what she's been told on humans, and wishes to fit the expectations of her studio boss. One day she meets a human, Phoebe. They both make a deal that sends them both on a path of friendship, self-development, and courage.
