GYAAACCCKHHHGHHHGGHHGGHGH. That lady in the bar SLAYED me. I’m in SO MUCH pain. My body doth protest. Like, I had a physical reaction to that voice, and it was not a good o—OH NO SHE CAME BACK. I—I wasn’t ready—I wasn’t prepared for the voice to reappear at the end. GGGHHCK. Good job.

Okay, sorry, *cough* what was I doing? Right, right. Super duper duper great work. The hypercard aesthetic is fantastic—so, so charming. That opening? Super well-done. And, the characters? The dragon? The world? The concept? Man, don’t get me started. Don’t do it. Their voices really helped to characterize them, too. We got the rowdy, rash person; the peacemaker and voice of reason; and the kinda perpetually zoned-out, kindhearted one. It’s just—so good. So good.

Were this any other work, I’d say to finalize the short for the future, but like, it’s done. It’s straight-up complete. The hypercard aesthetic dost say no more frames—it doest decree it. Really, the only thing I can think of would be to add some more music? But, other than that, it’s just finished.

Also, kinda off topic, but that “shouldn’t it be divisible by four” line really got me on a spiritual level, and I don’t quite know why.

Hello, I think the story is very nice and I love the drawings, I like the narrative is slow and takes the time to develop the environment and familiarize us with the daily life of the protagonists. I also like the freshness in the dialogue and how they handled the coexistence between the characters.
I am not very clear why the creature returns after all the mistreatment, I think you could emphasize the previous relationship of the protagonists with that creature, so the food becomes an excuse.
I like it a lot, I hope I can see it someday.

I absolutely love how your story has been evolving! The dialogues are funny and it makes much more sense now. This is something I would definitely like to see in the big screen. Thanks! ;-)

Really enjoyed the use of sfx and voice acting. I found the visuals to be pretty clear. All the character personalities are very distinct and they bounce off each other well, I like Al a lot. I very much vibe with Chase too. And as a side note, I appreciate the trans and polyamorous rep.
