Really nice work! I especially liked the cross roads that Cornelius found himself in by having to make a decision about either being dependant on magic or doing the right thing for himself. So glad he made the right choice! Its been nice seeing the progress of your story through the different stages. Congratulations!

First off, I love how you celebrated your first story reel, mine too! Something you should be proud of cause you did an amazing job. Cornelious is a really well-developed fleshed-out character and the supporting characters compliment each other well. Also chameleon cove sounds like a super good time and I think your art complimented the story really niceley. Overall, great job! All the best to ya!

I would like to see a Storyboard that’s a step further. With less narration. Your dialogue sounded great though.

Thanks, Klaas! I definitely wish I had more time to do more boards- I was truly hoping I could've done it with no narration, but I ran out of time. But I appreciate your feedback! :)

I’m proud to say this is my first ever (rough), but complete story reel!
Join Cornelius as he realizes that taking care of others is a demanding job that sometimes takes the life right out of you.
To the Story Xperiental Team: Thank you for creating this program. I looked forward to it every week, and still haven’t stopped telling everyone I know about it. I’m pursing a career shift in my late 20’s, so these kinds of online courses are so helpful! Not to mention the access to amazing insider knowledge!!
To the Pixar Guests: Thank you for taking time out of your schedule to pour into a newbie like myself. I gobbled up those livestreams, and am so grateful to hear your perspectives, stories, and encouragement.
